Tenant buildouts are well underway at The Premiere at Sunlake, located at the corner of Sunlake Boulevard and SR 54 in Lutz, Florida. With CAVA, Walgreens, Fifth Third Bank, and McDonald’s now open to the public, the site is beginning to take shape as a fully activated retail destination. Dutch Bros Coffee, Bojangles’, and Outback Steakhouse will follow soon, rounding out a strong lineup of national brands.
