Directed by Ben Rosen and in partnership with WDG Real Estate Partners, Bordentown Crossroads will feature 179,800 SF of industrial space and is strategically located at the crossroads of I-95, I-295, Route 130 and Route 206. The site will be directly connected to commercial hubs such as Philadelphia and New York City, allowing users to tap into the region’s vast customer and labor base.
