Darnall Bailey—Managing Director

Darnall joined Wilson Development Group in 2022 as a Managing Director.

Prior to joining WDG, Darnall worked for 4+ years at Chick-fil-A as a Sr. Real Estate Representative, covering MS, AL, GA, & FL, and was responsible for all new site selection and existing asset relocations. Throughout his 4+ years, he successfully managed a team of 12 people and secured 196 locations for Chick-fil-A, committing almost $800M in capital. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Darnall spent 3+ years at Lidl doing site selection and acquisition in parts of GA and NC.

Darnall is also a Board Member of The Boyd Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization based in Columbia, SC. Through this, Darnall is able to give back to the community he was raised in by, among other things, working to preserve wetlands, bolstering education in history and STEM, and working on projects to further enhance greenspace in the community.

Darnall received his Bachelor’s degree at the University of South Carolina in Insurance & Risk MGMT; Investment Finance; and Business Management.
