David Wishen—Principal

David Wishen is a managing principal at WDG Real Estate Partners, focusing on executing and managing complex real estate transactions that deliver exceptional value to stakeholders. With expertise in over 200 net lease developments and more than 500 total transactions, David brings over two decades of experience in deal structuring, oversight, and execution across all phases of real estate investment and development. Before joining WDG in 2014, David was an investment banker in the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse in New York, where he and his team provided strategic advisory and executed mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises exceeding $21 billion for some of the world’s largest companies.

David earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he was a Merit Scholarship recipient and was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
