Hogan Barnes—Associate

Hogan Barnes is an associate at WDG Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining WDG in April of 2020, Mr. Barnes served as an analyst at Jones Lang Lasalle (NYSE: JLL) on their capital markets team specializing in debt and equity placement as well as multifamily investment sales. At JLL, Hogan was involved in numerous transactions across a multitude of asset classes such as office, industrial, retail, multi-family, student housing, and hotel throughout the Southeast working for a variety of clients including REITs and private equity firms. Responsibilities while at JLL included underwriting, due diligence management, and marketing material production. 

Mr. Barnes holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, where he majored in finance.
