Logan Schroeder—Vice President

Logan joined WDG in 2026 as a member of the firm’s Industrial development platform.  As Vice President, Logan is responsible for originating new opportunities across Florida while simultaneously overseeing transaction and construction management, capitalization efforts, and business plan execution across the broader portfolio. 

 Prior to WDG, Logan was an Associate at InLight Real Estate Partners, where he was a member of the Investments Team sourcing and executing ground-up industrial developments, as well as value-add acquisitions across the Southeast.  Before transitioning to real estate development, Logan worked within Truist Securities’ Structured Real Estate Group, an arm of the investment bank, focusing on build-to-suit and sale/leaseback principal equity investments nationwide.

 Logan is a University of Florida alumnus, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate. Originally from Miami, Logan now resides in Jacksonville, FL.
