Under his leadership, WDG Real Estate Partners has become a trusted name in net-lease real estate, completing over 300 build-to-suit projects that meet the needs of tenants, investors, and communities alike. Matt plays a key role in collaborating with investors and landowners during the acquisition process and leads his team in delivering projects that maximize place value and long-term potential.

Matt is actively involved with Woodward Academy in Atlanta, The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, and Northside United Methodist Church, reflecting his strong ties to the community.
