Matthew Coutu—Development Partner

Matthew joined Wilson Development Group in 2016.

Matthew has 20 plus years of real estate development and construction experience. Most recently, Matthew’s expertise has been applied to managing build-to-suit retail developments throughout the Southeast. Prior to working with the Wilson Development team, Matthew assisted private investment firms and financial institutions with acquisition and development, through Woodland Asset Management, LLC.

Additionally, Matthew’s development experience came through work with The Columns Group in Alpharetta, Georgia; Jim Cowart Residential in Gwinnett County, Georgia; R.J. Griffin and Company in Atlanta, Georgia; Gwinnett Partners, Gwinnett County, Georgia; and Eagle Real Estate Advisors in Roswell, Georgia.
